This season, the park enjoyed a historic summer, with visitor numbers up 55% on the record-breaking summer of 2019. Giant mosaic sculptures and the Terra Nocta nocturne, this year's two major new features, will be at the heart of an exceptional Autumn Festival from October 22 to November 6.
"The start of the season had provided more than encouraging indicators, thanks in particular to our visitors' attraction to new attractions. But the summer was particularly exceptional, with record visitor numbers up 55%", rejoices Pierre Watrelot, the park's director. "Our teams were mobilized to welcome this historic influx, and visitors were seduced by the new experiences: the arrival of extraordinary animals in topiaries or giant mosaic sculptures, the cycle of conferences on biodiversity and the 2nd edition of the Les Envolées Végétales festival, which attracted a large audience".
25,000 visitors discovered Terra Nocta
But the park's most obvious success has been the Terra Nocta nocturne, which has exceeded 25,000 visitors even though it only began on July 14. "The feedback has been very positive, and those who haven't yet been able to enjoy this poetic moment will be able to do so on the first three Saturdays in October, and every evening during the All Saints' vacation, on the occasion of the Autumn Festival. The Autumn Festival will round off a season rich in events and new features. "More and more, it's one of our visitors' favorite moments, with the beauty of autumn foliage and the decoration of the park's paths with thousands of colorful cucurbits and plants. Not to mention the Halloween atmosphere and entertainment that captivates young and old alike.
