Depending on your visit to our website, we may collect the following information:

Your personal data is accessible only to authorized persons within Terra Botanica, as well as to service providers and subcontractors necessary for the processing of services, in particular :

  • Technical and IT services (hosting, ticketing, payment, maintenance)
  • Marketing partners, only with your consent, for sending promotional offers. The list of partners will be communicated to you when you give your consent.
  • To national or local authorities, if required by law or as part of an investigation and in accordance with regulations.

All your personal data is stored exclusively on servers located within the European Union or in countries offering an "adequate" level of protection (e.g. the United Kingdom, Switzerland).

In some cases, service providers established outside the EU (e.g. USA) may access your data, including AWS, Microsoft, Google, Adobe. These transfers are governed by RGPD-compliant mechanisms.

- Reservation data: legal retention period for supporting documents

- Bank details: maximum 13 months after the transaction, in accordance with legal requirements

- Data used for sending commercial information: 3 years from the last contact or consent. At the end of this three-year period, Terra Botanica may contact you again to find out whether or not you wish to continue receiving information on its offers, news and events. In any case, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link attached to each e-mail.

- Application data: 2 years from collection or last exchange

Data may subsequently be anonymized and used for statistical purposes.

In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to access and rectify your Personal Data, as well as to request its deletion, to object to its processing and to obtain its limitation or portability, insofar as this is applicable, and within the limits of the legal and regulatory provisions.
