On May 1, 2022 at 7:45 pm, Terra Botanica will welcome you for a unique culinary journey in the heart of its Tropical Greenhouse. This meal is organised as part of the Modena/Angers Passions.
On the menu:
Aperitif: Eggplant caviar and crispy Italian ham / Spicy tomato and cucumber gazpacho / A flute of Crémant de Loire
Starter: Prawn tails with coconut milk and mashed sweet potatoes, roasted pine nuts
Main course : Beef cheek confit 12h00, diced christophines and saffron infusion
Dessert: Chocolate opera, coconut milk ice cream and passion fruit coulis
Drinks included: A glass of white wine to accompany the appetizer, A glass of red wine to accompany the main course, Organic coffee from Peru and Damman tea.

After dinner, the experience continues! Discover the world of the Great Explorations during a guided torchlight tour and enjoy a guided tour of the Tropical Greenhouse and the Butterfly Greenhouse.
