General conditions of sale - Season pass

1. Subject / Acceptance of terms and conditions

The website www.terrabotanica.fr offers you the opportunity to purchase one or more 2026 season passes for access to the park by mail order. The order form, which can be downloaded from the website, expressly requires the customer to accept the following terms and conditions of sale in their entirety and without reservation.

2. Company identification

The company's head office is located on Route d'Epinard in Angers.

3. Awards

Prices are quoted in EUROS and include 10% VAT. Prices are fixed and are displayed on all product sheets.

4. Products

– SEASON PASS
The 2026 season passes provide unlimited access to the park and its attractions according to the park's opening schedule, from April 4 to November 1, 2026.
Season pass holders will receive a preferential rate for access to Terra Nocta: €11.00 for an adult or child. Daytime access to the park for those accompanying pass holders will be €21.00 for an adult and €18.00 for a child. Access to Terra Nocta for those accompanying pass holders will be €11.00 for an adult or child.
Reduced rates will be applied at the park ticket office upon presentation of the passes.
Reservations for Terra Nocta (dates and times) must be made at the park ticket office before the sessions (subject to availability).
The season pass does not constitute a skip-the-line pass, nor does it allow access to priority reservations and times at Terra Nocta.
A 10% discount will be applied in the park's shops and restaurants upon presentation of the pass at the time of payment.

– PREMIUM PASS
The 2026 premium passes provide unlimited access to the park and its attractions according to the park's opening schedule, from April 4 to November 1, 2026, as well as to Terra Nocta (according to the performance schedule).
A preferential rate will be applied for those accompanying pass holders at the park ticket office upon presentation of their passes for day access to the park (€20.00 for an adult and €17.00 for a child) as well as for Terra Nocta (€10.00 for an adult or child).
To attend a session, premium pass holders must arrive at the start of the session with their premium passes. Accompanying persons must pre-book their session at the ticket office to benefit from the accompanying person rate.
The premium pass does not constitute a fast pass, nor does it allow access to priority reservations and schedules at Terra Nocta.
Discounts will be available in the park's shops and restaurants upon presentation of the pass at the time of payment: 10% during the day and 20% after 7:30 p.m.

If you lose or forget your season pass, you will be charged €5 (incl. VAT) to re-issue it.

If the customer wants a pass printed on a card, they will be charged €3 including tax.

5. Payments

We accept payment by bank or postal cheque, and vacation vouchers (change not returned). Payments by cheque are only accepted for cheques issued in mainland France. Proof of address or identity may be required due to the increasing number of stolen cheques. Your order will only be validated (and dispatched) on receipt of your payment.
TERRA BOTANICA reserves the right to request proof of identity and bank details from its customers, whenever a warning criterion has been detected in an order (high amount, incorrectly registered details, etc.). The documents thus provided will be used to validate your order, and will be for internal use ONLY. We will keep the documents for a maximum period of 120 days (bank withdrawal period), after which they will be automatically destroyed.

6. Deliveries

On receipt of your complete file and payment, we will deliver your pass(es) to you in France and abroad by LA POSTE or at the ticket office of your choice.
Admission tickets are sent by post, at the customer's request. A charge of €8 per shipment will be made for postage and handling. The delivery times quoted by LA POSTE are given as an indication only and will not give rise to any reimbursement if they are exceeded.

In the event of non-receipt of your order (loss, dispute, etc.), LA POSTE requires a period of 21 days to find your parcel and, if necessary, obtain a refund. Your order will then be reshipped or reimbursed as you wish. Under no circumstances will we be able to resend your order again without having received a firm and definitive reply from the postal services confirming the loss of our first shipment.
In the event of an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the time limit for keeping the parcel at LA POSTE is exceeded, the parcel will be returned by the postal services to the sender (TERRA BOTANICA). On receipt of the return, the customer will be contacted to ascertain the correct address, and the parcel will be returned. If the customer does not contact TERRA BOTANICA within 120 days, the parcel will be automatically destroyed, and it will no longer be possible to claim a refund for the products.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law, which governs the TERRA BOTANICA website, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of your order.

8. Reservation of ownership

Products remain the property of TERRA BOTANICA until full payment has been received and the withdrawal period has expired, and must be returned if necessary.

9. Jurisdiction / Dispute

In the event of litigation, only the court of ANGERS (49) will be considered competent.

10. Personal data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the information you send us is intended exclusively for TERRA BOTANICA.
