Terra Botanica is seeking a Work-Study Student for the position of Event & Communications Assistant, starting in September 2026.

What would be your main responsibilities?

As part of our teams, you will help organize events and promote them through communications. You will work closely with various departments within the park as well as with external vendors.

Events:

  • Help plan and organize events (Terra Spring Festival, Autumn Festival, Plant Fair, etc.);
  • Monitor service providers (requesting quotes, coordination, logistics, meeting deadlines, etc.);
  • Help with the on-site implementation (setup, signage, traffic management, etc.);
  • Handle administrative tasks (budget tracking, purchase orders, etc.);
  • Participate in post-event reviews and recommendations.

Communication:

  • Help create content and manage social media, the mobile app, and other digital platforms;
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials (posters, flyers, digital graphics);
  • Come up with creative ideas that are in line with current trends.

Do you have the right profile?

You are a student pursuing a degree in Communications, Event Management, or Marketing (at least a two-year degree) and are interested in the world of leisure and events.

You are proficient in office and digital tools and have strong writing skills.

You are organized, responsive, and a good listener, and you enjoy working as part of a team.

Finally, your energy and initiative drive you to fully engage in projects, propose ideas, and actively contribute to the growth of the business.

Terms & Conditions & Organization?

Pay is set at the minimum wage (according to the legal pay scale for work-study programs).

The site is easily accessible by tram and bus, and the company covers 50% of the cost of public transportation. A sustainable mobility allowance is also available (to help cover the cost of commuting between home and work using alternative, eco-friendly modes of transportation, such as bicycles and scooters).

Given the park’s schedule, this position may require working on weekends and holidays, depending on the park’s operating hours and seasonal highlights.
