Graphic Design Intern (M/F) – REF: G3

Visit Terra Botanica, the park where plants become an adventure!
Located in Angers, Terra Botanica is Europe’s first theme park dedicated to the world of plants. It invites visitors to discover more than 500,000 exceptional plants from all five continents.

Are you looking for a challenging work-study program in a dynamic, technical, and inspiring environment? Do you want to contribute to meaningful projects? You’ve come to the right place!

Terra Botanica is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to start in September 2026. As part of the communications team, you will play an active role in everything that shapes Terra Botanica’s brand image.

Here, there’s no such thing as a routine: you’ll also work with other departments at the park to bring a variety of projects to life! This is the perfect role for an aspiring graphic designer who’s ready to imagine, create, experiment, and add style to all our communications.

What would be your main responsibilities?

You will help enhance the park’s image and enrich the visitor experience by creating and adapting communication materials for both internal and external use.

On the agenda:

  • Design print, web, and video communication materials (visual identity, posters, brochures, signage, social media content, animations, and motion design, etc.);
  • Ensure visual consistency, visual evolution, and updates to the website, mobile app, and digital media;
  • Participate in creative projects related to the park’s events (Terra Spring, Fall Festival, Plant Spectacular, Halloween, etc.);
  • Bring Terra Botanica’s visual identity to life and enhance it to ensure a consistent brand image;
  • Keep a constant eye on graphic design and creative trends (trends, techniques, formats, innovations) in order to come up with bold, relevant ideas that are in tune with the times.

Do you have the right profile?

You are a student majoring in Graphic Design or Visual Communication (2–5 years of post-secondary education), and your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple projects.

Not only do you have an eye for detail, but you’re also creative and have a particular affinity for the worlds of nature, leisure, and/or events.

You are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and may also be familiar with After Effects. As for your knowledge of web design and 3D software (such as Blender), that would be a real plus!

Terms & Conditions & Organization?

Pay is set at the minimum wage (according to the legal pay scale for work-study programs).

The site is easily accessible by tram and bus, and the company covers 50% of the cost of public transportation. A sustainable mobility allowance is also available (to help cover the cost of commuting between home and work using alternative, eco-friendly modes of transportation, such as bicycles and scooters).

Given the park’s schedule, this position may require working on weekends and holidays, depending on the park’s operating hours and seasonal highlights.

Why join us?

  • A unique work environment, nestled in the heart of a botanical theme park,
  • A comprehensive work-study program that balances hands-on experience with creativity,
  • Projects visible to thousands of visitors,
  • A close-knit, collaborative, and dedicated team.
