JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Front-of-House and Sales Manager is seeking, starting in September 2026, a Front-of-House/Sales Coordinator on a work-study contract to prepare for a Bachelor’s degree in Theme Park Management. Flexible and responsive, you will adapt your organizational approach to visitor traffic and ensure that teams are supported to keep the department running smoothly both during the day and in the evening. As a true leader of the operation, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Day-to-day management:
- Welcome, inform and guide visitors,
- Ensure that deliveries are inspected, and that products are labeled and stocked on the shelves,
- Collect payment for items sold in the store and at the ticket office,
- Advise store visitors,
- Check visitors' admission passes,
- Manage customer relations via mail, email, and phone,
- Ensure that the store and workstations are kept clean.
- Supervision:
- Manage the team's activities,
- Manage and monitor cash registers,
- Manage potential conflicts,
- Oversee and monitor visitor reception and customer satisfaction,
- Business Development:
- Contribute to the growth of ticket and merchandise sales,
- Reorganize the store's various themed sections (merchandising),
- Enter orders from suppliers,
- Configure items, suppliers, and other elements
- Serve as the liaison between operations and the sales department to facilitate the processing of “group” requests (schools, organizations, etc.).
DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PROFILE?
You are thorough, organized, and energetic, with a particular interest in working with people. Your writing and interpersonal skills are your strengths. Knowledge of Terra Botanica, as well as a good command of English, are required to take on this challenge.
With a two-year degree in tourism, you have already gained some initial professional experience, preferably in a guest services or sales role, ideally at a theme park or amusement park.
TERMS & ORGANIZATION?
Pay is set at the minimum wage (according to the legal pay scale for work-study programs).
The site is easily accessible by tram and bus, and the company covers 50% of the cost of public transportation. A sustainable mobility allowance is also available (to help cover the cost of commuting between home and work using alternative, environmentally friendly modes of transportation, such as bicycles and scooters).
Given the park’s operating schedule, this position requires mandatory availability on weekends and holidays in accordance with the park’s operating hours and seasonal highlights.
