Job description

Our Activities Department is looking for several activity leaders/mediators from March 23 to November 1, 2026.

Do you like to put on a show, convey information and capture attention? This job is for you!

In addition to coordinating the management of attractions and ensuring their smooth operation, you will be responsible for the operational management of the park's educational activities and will ensure that they run smoothly both during the day and in the evening.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

• Put yourself in the spotlight at various stations (attractions, games, workshops) by playing a character in costume.
• Capture the attention of our visitors by adapting your message to different audiences to promote our shows and attractions (crowd management, reception, information).
• Leading and delivering engaging workshops for the general public (guided tours, school workshops, participatory workshops) for a variety of groups (children, seminar participants, seniors),
• Ensuring the smooth running of attractions: from park opening to closing,
• Participate in the smooth running of the department and the team,
• Respect and apply safety procedures.

Do you have the right profile?

Naturally curious, cheerful and spontaneous, you enjoy putting yourself on stage, being seen and heard, and passing on your good mood to our visitors. You've already gained experience in entertainment, tourism or leisure, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Organized and dynamic, you are able to guide a group (any audience) and hold their attention.

Fluency in a second language and an interest in plants would be a plus!

Availability on weekends and public holidays is imperative. Team members work in shifts.

Prior training (POEI)

This position includes a 15-day Individual Operational Employment Preparation (POEI) program, from March 9 to March 20, 2026. This program allows candidates to acquire the necessary skills before being hired.

To be eligible, you must belong to one of the categories specified by France Travail:

• Registered job seeker (receiving benefits or not),
• Disabled worker employed in a sheltered workshop,
• Employee on an integration contract (CUI, SIAE).
