Catering Team Leader (M/F) – REF: CER9

To ensure the smooth running of the park's various catering outlets, Terra Botanica is recruiting two catering team leaders on fixed-term contracts from March 9 to November 8, 2026.

What would be your main tasks?

Managing teams:

  • Supervise the Catering team, working closely with the service manager and head chef.
  • Create and monitor schedules for team members,
  • Welcome, train, and support team members on a daily basis,
  • Ensure communication between the various stakeholders: the entire catering team management, senior management, representatives, team members, interdepartmental staff, etc.

Ensure and develop the operation of catering outlets in accordance with strategic and commercial policy:

  • Welcoming, advising, and ensuring the satisfaction of our visitors,
  • Organize the proper management of flows,
  • Manage potential conflicts,
  • Apply regulatory processes and standards to ensure the smooth operation of catering outlets (restocking, compliance with HACCP standards, etc.).
  • Manage and monitor restaurant cash registers,
  • Conduct inventory counts,
  • Overseeing services marketed to visitors by the Marketing department (birthday parties, breakfasts, etc.),
  • Contribute to discussions on actions to improve and develop the service.

Do you have the right profile?

You have two years of experience in a food service department and have already gained significant experience in team management.

You are kind and attentive, with a particular aptitude for human relations.

Your organizational skills enable you to manage your business proactively, respond to rush orders, and naturally support your team.

With your naturally dynamic personality, you will be able to contribute ideas to help develop the catering service and ensure the satisfaction of our visitors.

Your proficiency in office software (particularly Microsoft Office) would be an asset.

Availability on weekends and public holidays, both during the day and in the evening, is imperative. Team members rotate on a regular basis.

Prior training (POEI)

This position includes a 15-day Individual Operational Employment Preparation (POEI) program, from March 9 to 20, 2026. This program allows candidates to acquire the necessary skills before being hired.
