To ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and the company as a whole, Terra Botanica is recruiting a Security Team Leader – SSIAP 2 on a fixed-term contract from March 23 to November 6, 2026.

What would be your main tasks?

Ensure the safety of the company and its events,
Ensure the management of the company's security PC and IT security systems.
Establish and/or update procedures relating to the security and operation of the security control center.
Supporting security team members: recruiting, training, coordinating activities, managing schedules, conducting activity reviews, etc.
Raise awareness and train staff on safety procedures and their implementation.
Identify potential risks and propose solutions to address them, taking into account the operational constraints of the fleet.
Check the operation and maintain safety equipment (BAES, unlocking devices) and other equipment.
Work closely with the technical department to ensure the regulatory checks necessary for the company's operations.
Cooperate with various external professionals (firefighters, law enforcement, etc.) and security equipment maintenance providers (intrusion, medium).
Ensure interventions and record minor accidents in the accident log.
Manage incidents holistically,
Participate in the restoration of the park to ensure its opening and closing,
Optimize traffic flow in parking lots dedicated to the public and staff.

Do you have the right profile?

You have completed SSIAP 1 and SSIAP 2 training, and you have a particular appetite for dealing with the general public.

You have already gained significant initial experience involving team management.

Organized and proactive, you can quickly make decisions and organize the department's activities to meet the company's needs in terms of safety, security and logistics.

You must be available at weekends and on public holidays, both during the day and in the evening.
