Job description

With 584,000 visitors and 300 events in its Business Center, Terra Botanica is looking to add to its security team for the 2025 season. We are therefore offering a fixed-term contract as Security Team Leader - SSIAP 2, as soon as possible and until November 2, 2025.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

• Ensure the safety of the company and its events,
• Ensure management of the company's PC security and SSI systems;
• Establish and/or update procedures relating to security and the operation of the security control room;
• Support safety team members: recruit, train, orchestrate activities, manage schedules, draw up activity reports... ;
• Raise awareness and train staff in safety procedures and their application;
• Identify potential risks and propose solutions, taking into account the park's operating constraints;
• Check the operation and maintain safety equipment (BAES, unlocking units) and equipment;
• Work closely with the technical department to ensure the regulatory controls required for the company's operations;
• Collaborate with various external professionals (safety commission, prefecture, fire department, police force, etc.) and security equipment maintenance providers (intrusion, means);
• Carry out interventions and fill in the register of minor accidents;
• Comprehensive incident management ;
• Participate in the park's restoration to guarantee its opening and closing;
• Manage public and staff parking lots.

Do you have the right profile?

You have completed SSIAP 1 and SSIAP 2 training, and you have a particular appetite for dealing with the general public.

Organized and proactive, you can quickly make decisions and organize the department's activities to meet the company's needs in terms of safety, security and logistics.

You must be available at weekends and on public holidays, both during the day and in the evening.
