Job description

Our Entertainment Manager is looking for an Entertainment Team Leader for the season from March 2 to November 1, 2026 .

A true orchestra conductor, you will contribute to the smooth running of the entertainment department and ensure the quality of the park's daytime and evening activities.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

• Manage the seasonal entertainment team (approximately 35 employees):
  • Orchestrate the department's activities,
  • Participate in the recruitment of seasonal employees,
  • Proactively oversee the organization and implementation of events (for the general public, school groups, etc.) based on visitor numbers, while ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Monitor the team's assignments and tasks,
  • Ensure visitor satisfaction and the smooth coordination of reception and entertainment activities.

• Collaborate as a team and with other departments:
  • Ensure communication within the team,
  • Check that the surrounding areas, spaces, and equipment are in good working order, in good condition, and clean.
  • Alert in case of breakdown or defective quality,
  • Anticipate orders to ensure inventory and supply management.
  • Create and update continuous improvement processes in close collaboration with the management team of the animation department.

Do you have the right profile?

With a naturally caring and attentive personality, you have a particular appetite for human relations. Your organizational skills enable you to manage your activities proactively and naturally support your team.

With a two-year degree in Management, you have already led a team during your first professional experience, ideally in entertainment or leisure, allowing you to establish your rigor and hone your writing skills.

Your proficiency in a second language would be a plus!

Availability on weekends and public holidays is imperative. Team members work in shifts.
