To ensure the smooth running of its catering services, Terra Botanica is recruiting three kitchen assistants on fixed-term contracts from April 11 to May 25, 2026, to work weekends and public holidays. You will join the kitchen team at La Guinguette, the main self-service restaurant located in the heart of the park.
What would be your main tasks?
- Food preparation (peeling, washing, cutting),
- Send the dishes to the self-service line.
- Serve hot dishes directly to visitors at the self-service counter.
- Manage replenishment during service,
- Tidy and clean production areas and equipment,
- Follow procedures and technical data sheets by applying HACCP standards.
- Provide occasional backup assistance with dishwashing and other food service tasks.
Do you have the right profile?
You have completed a CAP cuisine training program and have already worked in institutional catering, fast food, or self-service catering.
You have a thorough understanding of health and safety rules and manufacturing methods.
Your interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are your real strengths.
Rigorous, punctual and reactive, you are concerned about the satisfaction of our visitors.
