Accountant (M/F) – REF: C4

Terra Botanica is seeking an Accountant for a permanent position, to start as soon as possible.

Reporting directly to the Administrative and Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the accounting and analytical tracking of all the organization’s financial transactions.

What would be your main responsibilities?

Accounts Payable:

• Receiving, verifying, and entering supplier invoices in Cegid Ultimate XRP;
• Monitoring payments and managing supplier payment schedules.

Accounts Receivable:

• Issuing and tracking customer invoices;
• Tracking payments received and managing customer follow-ups.

Cash flow:

• Bank deposits;
• Bank reconciliations.

Cash management:

• Daily cash count for all points of sale on the premises (ticket office, food and beverage, shops);
• Identification and resolution of discrepancies, bank reconciliations, and cash on hand tracking.

Expense report management:

• Collection, review, and approval of employee expense reports;
• Accounting and cost accounting entry of expense reports.

VAT returns:

• Preparation of VAT returns.

Cost Accounting:

• Allocation and cost accounting of expenses and revenues by activity or cost center.

Reporting and year-end closing tasks:

• Assisting with the preparation of regular reports related to the RAF;
• Contribution to monthly and annual closing procedures (CCA, FNP, PCA, etc.).

Do you have the right profile?

You have a higher education degree in accounting and management or finance (BTS, DUT, etc.).

You have significant experience in general and managerial accounting in a high-volume transaction environment (tourism, leisure, retail, food service, etc.).

With a meticulous nature and a keen analytical mind, you are methodical, precise, thoughtful, and organized, and able to collaborate and communicate effectively in a friendly, team-oriented work environment.

You pay close attention to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the integrity of sensitive financial data and funds

You are comfortable using office software, particularly Excel. As for your proficiency with Cegid Ultimate XRP: it would be a real asset!
