Terra Botanica, located in Angers, is Europe's leading plant-themed park, welcoming nearly 500,000 visitors each year. As part of the Looping Group, we are pursuing an ambitious development program to enrich the experience of our visitors.

To ensure the smooth running of its catering services, Terra Botanica is recruiting three cooks on fixed-term contracts from March 16 to November¹, 2026. You will join the kitchen team at La Guinguette, the main self-service restaurant located in the heart of the park.

What would be your main tasks?

• Culinary production (hot and cold),
• Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of the products served.
• Serve hot meals to visitors in the self-service line,
• Manage replenishment during service,
• Guarantee the smooth running of the service to satisfy our visitors,
• Follow procedures and data sheets related to your missions,
• Apply and monitor HACCP standards,
• Participate in the maintenance of the kitchen and equipment,
• Provide occasional backup assistance with dishwashing and other food service tasks.

Do you have the right profile?

You have completed a CAP-level culinary training program and already have two years of experience as a cook.

You also have a thorough knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations, as well as manufacturing methods.
Your mastery of meat cooking would be a plus.

Your interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are your real strengths.

Rigorous, punctual and reactive, you are concerned about the satisfaction of our visitors.

You must be available at weekends and on public holidays, during the day and in the evening (without breaks).

Prior training (POEI)

This position includes a 15-day Individual Operational Employment Preparation (POEI) program, from March 16 to 30, 2026. This program allows candidates to acquire the necessary skills before being hired.

To be eligible, you must belong to one of the categories specified by France Travail:

• Registered job seeker (receiving benefits or not),
• Disabled worker employed in a sheltered workshop,
• Employee on an integration contract (CUI, SIAE).
