The Catering Manager is looking for 2 cooks on a part-time basis during peak periods (Ascension Day, Saturdays), and then full-time during vacation periods (July/August/August). Your main task will be to prepare hot and cold dishes in the evenings, in compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.

Therefore, your main tasks will be the following:

  • Ensuring culinary production (hot and cold),
  • Prepare and send the dishes to the self-service line,
  • Manage replenishment during service,
  • Guarantee the smooth running of the service to ensure the satisfaction of our visitors,
  • Tidy and clean production areas and equipment,
  • Follow procedures and data sheets related to your missions,
  • Apply and monitor HACCP standards.

Do you have the right profile?

You have a CAP (vocational training certificate) in cooking and 2 years' experience as a cook.

You have a perfect command of hygiene and safety rules as well as manufacturing methods.

Rigorous and reactive, you like working in a team.
