Multi-skilled catering employee (M/F) - REF : EPR9

Terra Botanica, located in Angers, is Europe's leading plant-themed park, welcoming nearly 500,000 visitors each year. As part of the Looping Group, we are pursuing an ambitious development program to enrich the experience of our visitors.

To ensure the smooth running of its catering services, Terra Botanica is recruiting 15 versatile catering employees on fixed-term contracts for the entire season from March 16 to November 8, 2026, or as temporary staff during the April school holidays, weekends, and public holidays in May 2026.

What would be your main tasks?

Depending on the needs of the park, you may be assigned to different food outlets (self-service, kiosk, snacks). You will also be required to:

• Ensure the simple preparation of products such as appetizers, desserts, sandwiches, and paninis (in the refrigerated section).
• Handle food and cleaning products in compliance with hygiene and food safety rules,
• Participate in setting up, restocking, and tidying up food service areas.
• Contribute to point-of-sale inventory management,
• Welcome, advise, and serve visitors with enthusiasm,
• Record, collect payment, and deliver orders to visitors, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment and premises,
• Provide occasional support in the roles of logistics coordinator and dishwasher.

Do you have the right profile?

You already have some experience in the restaurant industry (service, bar tending, cooking) or you have a genuine interest in this field.

Dynamic and motivated, you enjoy working in a team in a fast-paced environment and know how to handle a rush. Your adaptability and versatility enable you to embrace change and the diversity of tasks.

Fluency in a second language would be a real asset (English, Spanish, or Italian)!

You must be available at weekends and on public holidays, during the day and in the evening (without breaks).

Prior training (POEI)

This position includes a 15-day Individual Operational Employment Preparation (POEI) program, from March 16 to 30, 2026. This program allows candidates to acquire the necessary skills before being hired.

To be eligible, you must belong to one of the categories specified by France Travail:

• Registered job seeker (receiving benefits or not),
• Disabled worker employed in a sheltered workshop,
• Employee on an integration contract (CUI, SIAE).
