To ensure the smooth running of catering services at the various points of sale (self-service, kiosk, snacks), Terra Botanica is recruiting five catering point coordinators on fixed-term contracts from March 16 to November 8, 2026.
What would be your main tasks?
- Be the direct point of contact for department managers and work with them to adapt the department's organization to the needs of the business.
- Contribute to team cohesion and support new recruits upon their arrival and throughout the season.
- Answer questions relating to the operational activities of employees working at the food service outlet.
- Welcome, advise, and serve visitors with enthusiasm,
- Record, collect payment, and deliver orders to visitors, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Contribute to the efficient management of flows within food service outlets,
- Handle food and cleaning products in compliance with hygiene and food safety rules,
- Maintain equipment and premises,
- Manage point-of-sale inventory.
Do you have the right profile?
You have significant initial experience in the restaurant industry involving point-of-sale management, or you have a genuine interest in this field.
You have a thorough understanding of food hygiene and safety rules, as well as manufacturing methods.
Your organizational skills enable you to manage your work proactively, respond to rush orders, and naturally support your colleagues.
Your interpersonal skills and your enjoyment of teamwork in a fast-paced environment are your real strengths.
You must be available at weekends and on public holidays, during the day and in the evening (without breaks).
Prior training (POEI)
This position includes a 15-day Individual Operational Employment Preparation (POEI) program, from March 16 to 30, 2026. This program allows candidates to acquire the necessary skills before being hired.
To be eligible, you must belong to one of the categories specified by France Travail:
- Registered job seeker (receiving benefits or not),
- Disabled worker employed in a sheltered workshop,
- Employee on an integration contract (CUI, SIAE).
