Administrative and financial manager (M/F)

Job description

In order to ensure Terra Botanica's sound administrative and financial management, we are recruiting an administrative and financial manager, on a fixed-term contract, as soon as possible and until January 31, 2026.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

  • Manage the park's overall financial activity by developing management tools, monitoring operational activity management indicators and drawing up the budget and its monthly monitoring,
  • Working closely with the Looping group and management, draw up and monitor the P&L,
  • Monitor CAPEX and OPEX with the fleet's service managers,
  • Monitor indicators and report information to the holding company,
  • Report regularly to management and department heads,
  • Supervise the structure's accounting and closing,
  • Manage the accounting department (2 to 3 people),
  • Monitor administrative, financial and regulatory developments.

Do you have the right profile?

You have a background in management and finance, and several years' experience enabling you to handle the management, administration and taxation of a company, applying private accounting procedures and nomenclatures.

Your work organization and writing skills are your assets when it comes to controlling the company's management and analyzing its finances.

In your opinion, working closely with the various departments is essential for anticipating, steering and being proactive, in order to achieve the budget set by management.
