Catering Manager (M/F)
Terra Botanica is looking for its future Catering Manager to oversee the park's catering operations.
Your challenge will be to structure and develop the catering department, and to optimize the overall offer and operation of catering outlets to satisfy our visitors, maximize sales and improve margins.
Your missions will be as follows:
- Adapt the strategic vision of the catering business to the changing needs of the park,
- Implementing strategy in organizational development,
- Manage restaurant operations in line with sales policy and objectives,
- Manage a catering team of up to 60 people during the summer,
- Develop sales and margins at the various food outlets (6 snack outlets and 1 restaurant).
Do you have the right profile?
You have at least 3 years' rewarding experience as a manager in the catering sector, and are therefore able to take a global view of issues and anticipate them.
Your managerial skills and organizational vision are your strengths and will enable you to lead the team effectively.
Your expertise in budget management and optimizing sales margins is no secret to you, thanks to your skills in steering performance indicators and managing an operating account. A good listener and naturally proactive, you are able to make proposals and take autonomous decisions to guide your teams.
