Job description

Our Landscape Manager is looking for 1 animal caretaker for the season, as soon as possible and until November 9, 2025.

You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our animals: feeding, care, maintenance of buildings and facilities.

Within this framework, your missions will be as follows:

  • Prepare feed rations and distribute them to the animals,
  • Clean cages, pens and ponds,
  • Assist the veterinarian in various care tasks (monitoring the animal's health, vaccinations, detecting anomalies, etc.),
  • Record observations on the animal and its habitat,
  • Keep an up-to-date inventory of reproductions, births and deaths, to establish an "identity card" for each animal and follow up with the relevant authorities,
  • Manage stocks and orders for medicines, equipment and food,
  • Develop the place of animals in the park and be a source of ideas,
  • Creating enrichment for animals,
  • Participate in the various tasks inherent in the landscape department to which you will be attached: pruning, mowing, planting...

Do you have the right profile?

As a holder of the ACACED certificate for pets (NAC) and having completed a BEPA training course, you will already have gained initial experience as an animal caretaker.

You are comfortable using the equipment needed to run your business.

Autonomous, organized and dynamic, you are keen to work as part of a team within an organization with a strong plant and animal footprint.

Do-it-yourself skills (assembly, fence repair, etc.) would be a plus.

Availability on weekends and public holidays is imperative. Team members work in shifts.
