Intern – Customer Service and Sales (M/F)

Our Sales Reception Manager is looking for oneSales Reception Intern to join his department from September1 to December 18, 2026.

You will have the opportunity to deepen your professional experience by contributing to the quality of visitor reception and the smooth running of the ticket office and store.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

Front office :

  • Advise visitors on how to organize their visit, and help them find their way around,
  • Manage cash flow (opening and closing cash desks in Access, Box Office and Boutique),
  • Labeling and shelving of themed items, including plants (with the support of plant sales advisors),
  • Create window displays and showcase products,
  • Manage inventory,
  • Management and distribution of TooGoodToGo food baskets.

Back office :

  • Conduct inventory counts,
  • Analyze the store's sales for the 2026 season,
  • File reports related to extended producer responsibility,
  • Suggest areas for improvement for the current year,
  • Set up analysis tools.

 

Notes:

  • The intern's stipend is set at €4.50 per hour of internship completed.

 

 

 

 

 

Do you have the right profile?

 

You are training in tourism, hospitality or sales and are looking for a rewarding internship lasting at least 3 months.

Dynamic and versatile, you enjoy working as part of a team. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a warm welcome.

You have a good command of office automation tools and good writing skills.
