Animation Trainee (M/F)

Our Animation Manager is looking for 2 interns to join his department:

• 1 trainee as soon as possible until June 30, 2024,
• 1 trainee from September¹ to November 30, 2024.

You will participate in and contribute to the development and organization of a wide variety of events: theme days, workshops, conferences, etc.

Within this framework, your missions will be as follows:

Participate in the renewal of the animation offer and in the development of thematic months:

• Suggest new ideas for themed months,
• Participate in the design and organization of an event: back-planning, workload, budget follow-up...
• Ensure that events run smoothly: entertainment, support, information...
• Synthesize and analyze event results: collect and analyze data.

Contribute to the development of new team-building products:

• Be a source of ideas for new events aimed at different audiences (individuals, groups, companies, schools, team building, etc.),
• Implement the animation created on a test audience,
• Create an activity sheet (operating procedure, schedule, materials, cost, etc.).

Do you have the right profile?

You are training in the field of entertainment, tourism or culture and are looking for a rewarding internship lasting at least 3 months.

A strong team player, you have excellent customer/visitor relations (welcoming, friendly, service-oriented).

Naturally spontaneous, organized and dynamic, these qualities are essential for success in this position.
