JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Events Manager is looking for one intern to join his department as soon as possible through November 30, 2026.
You will participate in and contribute to the development and organization of a wide variety of events, including themed days, workshops, and conferences…

In this role, your responsibilities will include the following:

Participate in the renewal of the animation offer and in the development of thematic months:

• Suggest new ideas for themed months,
• Participate in the design and organization of an event: back-planning, workload, budget follow-up...
• Ensure that events run smoothly: entertainment, support, information...
• Synthesize and analyze event results: collect and analyze data.

Contribute to the development of new team-building products:

• Be a source of ideas for new events aimed at different audiences (individuals, groups, companies, schools, team building, etc.),
• Test the animation with a test audience,
• Create an activity sheet (operating procedure, schedule, materials, cost, etc.).

Do you have the right profile?

You are pursuing a degree in recreation, tourism, or culture and are looking for a rewarding internship lasting at least 5 months.
As a strong team player, you have excellent customer/visitor relations skills (hospitality, friendliness, service).
You are naturally outgoing, organized, and dynamic; these personal qualities are essential for success in this role.
