Operations Technician – SSIAP 1 (M/F)

We are currently seeking an Operations Technician – SSIAP 1, a hands-on professional who will play an active role at the heart of the park and the Business Center.

Through your versatility, responsiveness, and commitment to service, you contribute every day to the success of our events, the smooth operation of our facilities, and the safety of our visitors, customers, and employees.

This position is being offered to replace an employee who is participating in a long-term training program, for an estimated period from October 2026 to July 2027.

What would be your main tasks?

Business Center Operations and Event Support:

  • Prepare meeting rooms and reception areas according to clients' needs.
  • Provide the technical, logistical, and equipment support necessary for the events.
  • Help manage and ensure the smooth running of professional events.
  • Support clients and service providers with their technical and logistical needs.
  • Set up, take down, and reconfigure the spaces.
  • Plan ahead and organize event setups

Logistics and Fleet Operations:

  • Help manage the inventory, supplies, and orders needed to support the vehicle fleet and the Business Center.
  • Help track the park's equipment and supplies (bicycles, golf carts, tools, etc.).
  • Help with the logistical planning for the park's events and activities.
  • Provide operational support to teams based on operational needs.

Fire Safety:

  • Carry out the tasks assigned under SSIAP 1.
  • Participate in site monitoring, risk prevention, and ensuring site safety.
  • Conduct inspection rounds and report any irregularities.
  • Respond to incidents and assist emergency services.

General first-level maintenance:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair work.
  • Perform simple maintenance tasks on buildings, spaces, and equipment.
  • Participate in the general maintenance and continuous improvement of the facilities.
  • Ensure the quality and functionality of public spaces.

Do you have the right profile?

You hold a valid SSIAP 1 certification; ideally, you also hold an SSIAP 2 certification.

Things to know before joining us:

The park's operations and those of the Business Center complement each other throughout the year, making this position a key role in the park's year-round operations.

As such, regular availability is expected on weekends, holidays, and in the evenings, depending on the park’s operational needs and the events hosted on the premises.

Since physical labor is part of your daily routine, you are expected to be in good physical condition.
