REGULATIONS

TERA BOTANICA SCRATCH CARD GAME

 

Article 1: Organizing Company

 

SAS Terra Botanica, represented by its Director Pierre WATRELOT, Siret no.: 938 641 537 00023, located at Route d'Epinard 49106 ANGERS cedex 02 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) is organizing a game entitled "Terra Botanica Scratch Card" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game").

 

Article 2: Game media

 

The game will run from May 01, 2025, while supplies of scratch cards last, and will be announced on :

  • Scratch cards distributed
  • In the Terra Botanica park boutique

 

Article 3: Conditions of access to the game

 

The game is open to all natural persons residing in mainland France, including Corsica, with the exception of members of the Organizing Body's staff, their respective families, and any entity directly or indirectly involved in the design, organization, execution AND/OR management of the game.

 

Article 4: Prizes

4.1: Definition of prizes and determination of winners

 

The scratch card game offers two ways to win, as detailed below:

 

Instant 100% winner

 

To be won throughout the duration of the contest: 60,000 prizes

  • 25,000 Terra Botanica adult tickets, each worth €24.50 inc. tax (1)
  • 25,000 Terra Botanica children's tickets, each worth €19.00 inc. tax (1)
  • 25,000 €10 discount vouchers for Terra Botanica tickets (2)
  • 25,000 €5 discount vouchers for Terra Botanica tickets (2)

Coupon to be presented at the ticket office for future visits, excluding Terra Nocta and Terra Vu du ciel. For all visits until November 02, 2025 (according to opening calendar). Cannot be combined with other ticketing, promotional or web offers. One coupon per transaction. Only valid at the park ticket office. Cannot be used for any purpose other than ticket purchases.

(1) Offer valid for the purchase of at least one full-price ticket at a park ticket office.

(2) Discount given at the ticket office on the purchase of Park day passes (adult or child) for an amount greater than the discount given.

Second chance - ROUE DE LA CHANCE

After entering your personal details and accepting the game rules. The wheel of chance will randomly, over the entire period from May 01, 2025, while stocks of scratch cards last, offer the chance to win :

  • 20x 2 entries Terra Nocta
  • 20 x 2 day tickets
  • 10 family packs (2 adults and 2 children) - Day
  • 10 family packs (2 adults and 2 children) - Terra Nocta
  • 5 season passes 2025

All prizes are valid for the 2025 season. Winnings must be claimed and used before November 02, 2025. After this date, they will be definitively invalid. Not transferable, not exchangeable, not cumulative.

4.2 : Details on endowments

 

The prizes are non-changeable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable and are valid until November 02, 2025.

 

The value of the prizes is determined at the time of drafting these rules and cannot be disputed. These prizes may not be the subject of a request for financial consideration, exchange or return, for any reason whatsoever.

 

Article 5: How winners are determined

 

The game takes place in two stages. Participants are not required to play both mechanics.

 

To take part in the game, all you have to do is :

SCRATCH CARDS

  • Scratch off a scratch card. The scratch card will be given for any purchase in the park's boutique, regardless of the amount of the purchase, with a limit of one scratch card per receipt issued.
  • Present the winning card at the Park ticket office until November 02, 2025.
  • Buy at least one full-price Terra Botanica ticket to take advantage of the scratch card.

Only one coupon per transaction will be accepted at the ticket counter. The coupon can only be redeemed at the park ticket office for any park admission ticket purchase. Excluding Terra Nocta.

 

SECOND CHANCE! WHEEL OF FORTUNE

  • Visit the Terra Botanica website at the address indicated on the relevant section. (https://www.terrabotanica.fr/la-roue-vegetale/)
  • Play with the device presented.
  • Give your contact details to deliver any winnings.
  • Accept the rules of the game.
  • One participant per scratch ticket.

 

Article 6: Regulations

 

Participation in the Game implies full acceptance of these rules.

No request will be answered (by e-mail or telephone) concerning the interpretation or application of the rules, or concerning the terms and mechanisms of the Game.

The regulations will be available at www.terrabotanica.fr/reglement-jeu-roue-vegetale/ until November 02, 2025.

 

Article 7: Non-reimbursement of participation fees

 

The Organizer will not reimburse any Game participation fees whatsoever.

 

Article 8: Force majeure

 

The Organizer may not be held liable in any way whatsoever if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control, or if circumstances so require, it is obliged to cancel, shorten, extend, postpone, suspend or modify the terms and conditions of this Game, and may not be held liable in any way whatsoever.

 

In all cases, it reserves the right to extend the participation period.

 

Article 9: Disclaimer

 

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any defects or malfunctions in the prizes, which are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

The Organizer declines all responsibility for any incidents or accidents that may occur to the winner(s) during the use AND/OR enjoyment of the prizes.

 

Article 10: Intellectual property rights and copyright

 

In accordance with the laws governing intellectual property rights and copyright, the use of all or part of the elements subject to intellectual property rights or protected by copyright reproduced in the context of this Game is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized in advance by the Organizer.

 

Article 11: Applicable law and disputes

 

The game is subject to French law.

 

Any dispute concerning the interpretation of these rules AND/OR cases not covered by these rules will be settled out of court. Failing this, the matter will be referred to the courts within the jurisdiction of the Angers Court of Appeal.
