Receptionist/Sales Assistant (M/F) – REF: HAV6
Terra Botanica, located in Angers, is Europe's leading plant-themed park, welcoming nearly 500,000 visitors each year. As part of the Looping Group, we are pursuing an ambitious development program to enrich the experience of our visitors.

At the heart of the customer experience, you will actively contribute to the park's commercial performance by selling complementary products and services. Your objective: to welcome, advise, and sell, while ensuring a memorable adventure for every visitor. In this context, Terra Botanica is recruiting seven reception and sales hosts on fixed-term contracts for the entire season from March 11 to November 6, 2026, or as temporary staff during the April school holidays, weekends, and public holidays in May 2026.
What would be your main tasks?
- Offer visitors a warm and seamless experience from the moment they arrive at the park.
- Offer additional products to visitors based on their needs (tickets, passes, souvenirs, food and drink).
- Contribute to commercial objectives: achieve the sales targets set by the fleet,
- Showcase products (merchandising, cleanliness, attractiveness of points of sale),
- Organize sales events (tastings, product presentations, etc.),
- Check deliveries, label and stock products on shelves.
- Ensure access control by checking entry passes and directing visitors,
- Manage ticket office and store receipts with rigor,
- Enter and update information in the customer database (CRM).
Do you have the right profile?
You already have some experience in sales and enjoy interacting with customers. You like to persuade, make suggestions, and take on sales challenges.
Dynamic, cheerful, and articulate, you are able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Your proficiency in a second language would be a plus (English or Spanish)!
Availability on weekends and public holidays is imperative. Team members work in shifts.
