JOB DESCRIPTION

Passionate about numbers and nature? Become Terra Botanica's financial co-pilot: your analyses will guide strategic decisions to help the park's growth flourish.

We are recruiting an Administrative and Financial Manager on a permanent contract, to start in January 2026.

Reporting to General Management, you will play a key role in the company's cost control and financial management.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

  • Manage the company's financial management like an orchestra conductor: organize budget preparation and monitoring, track company performance, produce monthly reports for management, the Group and department heads,
  • Draw up operational and financial reports on time (RAPEX, cash flow statement, participate in monthly closings),
  • Collaborate with department managers to create and manage effective and innovative management control tools,
  • Monitor investments and operating expenses,
  • Analyze discrepancies, anticipate deviations and propose concrete solutions,
  • Help optimize costs and improve the profitability of the fleet and the Business Center,
  • Liaise with external financial partners (statutory auditors, banks, etc.),
  • Ensure compliance with validation processes in terms of investment requests and expenditure,
  • Ensure that tills are checked and logged, and that the safe and floats are controlled and monitored,
  • Ensure the collection of valuables (cheques, cash, vacation vouchers, etc.),
  • Enable complete customer invoicing,
  • Take part in the administrative management of the company,
  • Supervise general and cost accounting.

Do you have the right profile?

You have a degree in finance, accounting or management control (Bac + 5) and at least 5 years' proven experience in a similar position (administrative and financial manager or financial controller), enabling you to master management and financial analysis tools.

You are rigorous by nature and have a strong analytical mind. Thanks to your good interpersonal skills, you are able to work cross-functionally with all teams.

You are able to cope with a heavy workload and are available to work some weekends and public holidays, depending on the company's operational needs.
